Renewal Application For Kosher Certification

1. Please fill out the Application form and send it to asiaapplications@kof-k.org . (About 10 minutes)

2. A quotation will be provided after written approval. (1-2 working days)

3. After confirming the quotation, the contract and invoice will be arranged. (1 working day)

4. Sign contract and remit payment, then factory inspection will be arranged. (within 1-2 weeks or 5-10 working days after payment)

5. The certificate could be issued the earliest on the second day after passing the factory inspection. (1-2 working days)

The first step in Kosher certification is to fill out the application form. If you have any problems during the process, please contact us as soon as possible.

The application form needs to be completed honest and without any omission:

-All products to be certified, shall list all raw materials, auxiliary materials, processing aids, and suppliers.

-All products that do not require Kosher certification, shall list all raw materials, auxiliary materials, processing aids, and suppliers.

PL(Private Label) Application

1. Please ask KOF-K Kosher certificated factory to fill out the PL application form for PL company and send it to asiaapplications@kof-k.org (About 5 minutes)

2. Contracts and invoices will be arranged after written approval. (1 working day)

3. Sign contracts, make payments, and provide all product labels and product lists. (Time depends on whether the information is complete)

4- Certificate issued (1 working day)

Please note that only factories certified by KOF-K can apply for the KOF-K PL Kosher certificate.

Approval of KOF-K Kosher Symbol Usage

1. Please contact us to obtain the KOF-K Kosher logo (high-definition, infinite zoom image)

2. After completing the Kosher product label, please send it to asiaapplications@kof-k.org.

3. Print or post it after written approval. (1 working day)

Please note that if the product label does not meet Kosher's requirements, the product may be rejected.

New Product Application

1. Please fill out the New Products Request Form and send it to asiaapplications@kof-k.org according to the instructions on the application form . (About 10 minutes)

Alternatively: Update the original Application Form that has already been completed with highlighted in green indicating addition and red indicating deletion (do not delete it directly), then send it to us directly.

2. After written approval, the certificate shall be issued immediately. (1 working day)

Please note that the addition of new products is free by default. If there are special circumstances that require additional factory inspections, there will be additional factory inspection fees.

Change Declaration and Maintenance

Certificate change (free by default):

1. Please fill out the Certificate Changing Request Form and send it to asiaapplications@kof-k.org . (About 2 minutes)

2. After written approval, the certificate will be issued. (1 working day)

Declaration of change product, material and supplier:

1. Please update the original initial certification application form or 生产企业申请表 that has been completed with highlighted in green indicating addition and red indicating deletion (do not delete it directly), then send it to asiaapplications@kof-k.org .

2. After written approval, a response will be provided. (1 working day)

Please note that during the certification period, if there are any changes in raw materials, auxiliary materials, processing aids, suppliers, etc. please contact us before purchasing. Only after written approval can factory proceed with the purchase. Please do not purchase or allow any materials enter the Kosher certificated factory that do not meet the requirements.
